- Continued regional tensions are heightening food security risks in Yemen while causing supply chain disruptions that are jeopardizing WFP’s ability to stabilize food access.
- All United Nations Humanitarian Air Service (UNHAS) flights to and from Yemen have been suspended until further notice due to a lack of the necessary clearances.
- WFP continues to call for the release of its 38 staff members detained by the Sana’a-based authorities. All United Nations activities in northern Yemen remain suspended.
