Introduction
Methodology: The monitoring was carried out using a mixed-methods approach to ensure a high level of data reliability. The main process involved conducting key informant interviews (KIIs), accompanied by observations by data collection specialists to verify verbal information against the actual state of the infrastructure.
KIs: Managers or administrators (commandants) of collective site. In total – 36 KIs were surveyed
Location: Kharkiv Oblast, Kharkiv Raion
Purpose: The primary goal of monitoring is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of living conditions and identify the key needs within collective sites (CSs) in Kharkiv region. Period: February – March 2026
