Overview of the monitoring visit
- Monitoring visit of Shelter Cluster activities following a UAV attack on 24 March 2026. Assessment of damage to a residential building and review of the emergency response.
- Monitoring of Emergency Shelter Kit (ESK) distribution implemented in coordination with CF Rokada.
- Review of initial stabilization works, including sealing of the building envelope and prevention of further deterioration.
- Identification of remaining needs and constraints, including regulatory limitations related to the building’s cultural heritage status.
