The Baltimoretax Lifeline, Health and Learning (BLHL) Foundation is a not-for-profit organization built on the belief that accountability is the foundation of lasting progress. Across Africa, we see the challenges that arise from weak systems and mismanaged resources. Our purpose is to change that.

As an Incorporated Trustee, we act as a fiduciary partner, managing funds with integrity and delivering impactful programs. Our work strengthens public institutions, empowers vulnerable communities, and actively advances the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for a more prosperous and equitable future.
